Is DocuBill free to use?

Yes. DocuBill is completely free with no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no hidden fees.

Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. If you delete the app, all data is removed.

Can I use DocuBill offline?

Yes. DocuBill works entirely offline. No internet connection is required to create invoices, manage clients, or track expenses.

How do I share an invoice?

Tap the share button on any invoice to generate a PDF. You can then send it via email, AirDrop, Messages, or any other app that supports sharing.

Can I manage multiple businesses?

Yes. DocuBill supports up to 5 separate business profiles, each with its own logo, contact details, tax ID, and invoice numbering sequence.

How do I change the invoice template?

Go to Settings and tap "Invoice Template" to browse all 50 templates. You can preview each one and select your preferred style.

Does DocuBill support my currency?

DocuBill supports over 48 currencies from around the world. You can set your default currency in Settings and customize exchange rates.

How do I back up my data?

DocuBill data is included in your standard iCloud device backup. As long as you have iCloud Backup enabled, your data is automatically backed up with your device.
